About The Position

As an Associate Investigator on Fidelity’s Background Investigations team, you will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment to provide comprehensive global background vetting of new hires and in-service background reviews. You will receive comprehensive training in interviewing, briefing, and other investigative techniques from the Internal Investigations team, and may investigate other sensitive matters for the firm.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of law enforcement, investigations, security, risk, or similar experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in investigative analysis and techniques.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical abilities, including working across data sets, identifying patterns, and interpreting findings.
• Comfort working across teams or groups and a desire to grow into relationship management.
• Strong operational process management skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure while handling multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to quickly master and navigate sensitive organizational matters.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree.
