About The Position

The Associate - Inventory Control supports accurate inventory management by maintaining inventory records, performing counts and audits, coordinating inventory transactions, investigating discrepancies, and reporting on inventory levels and trends. The role works collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent. An associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus. Previous inventory control or warehouse operations experience is preferred. Candidates should be proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications, detail-oriented, accurate in data entry and record-keeping, and able to communicate and collaborate effectively. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound inventory transactions.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
Generate reports and provide analysis on inventory levels, trends, and variances.
