This role supports the sales team in promoting and selling surgical glaucoma devices to ophthalmologists, clinics, and surgery centers. The Associate Interventional Glaucoma Sales Representative will build relationships with healthcare professionals by understanding their needs and providing information on how our products can improve patient outcomes. This position will help identify new sales opportunities, manage customer inventory, and handle ordering processes. The role involves preparing necessary paperwork, addressing customer concerns, and completing required training on anatomy, clinical aspects, and technology. The associate will also provide surgical case coverage, maintain customer contact before and after procedures, and participate in product training sessions. Additionally, they will support senior sales representatives in educating healthcare teams, learn to demonstrate product features, and attend various sales meetings and conferences. Assisting in maintaining customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up, keeping CRM records, and adapting to changing environments are key aspects of this role. The position requires timely completion of administrative paperwork, reporting to the Manager, and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders. Staying updated on industry trends and competitor products, and gathering customer feedback are also important responsibilities.
