About The Position

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking motivated and intellectually capable individuals to join their team. This internship offers unparalleled opportunities for personal and professional growth. Interns will work alongside top minds on impactful cases that reshape business, government, and society. The consulting work is varied and rigorous, often performed at client sites. Projects can differ in length, size, and location based on client challenges. Interns will collaborate on challenging projects with diverse team members, enhancing their understanding of complex business problems and developing new skills for future success within or outside of BCG.

Requirements

Undergraduate and Master’s students scheduled to graduate in 2028.
Non-MBA Master’s students graduating between October and December 2027.
Demonstrated success in academic and extra-curricular activities (volunteer work, professional internships, or personal initiatives).
Drive, creativity, intelligence, and an ability to lead.
Students attending US schools interested in the Canadian offices.
Fluent English is required to communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues predominantly located outside Quebec.
Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec to communicate with colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary.
