About The Position
Responsible for the daily management and oversight of company items. This is a technical system role which requires daily interactions with Design Engineering, Process Engineering, Purchasing, Routing, and other areas and requires a strong ability to understand ERP transactions that affect production flow.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment required.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing ERP system required.

- Collaborative across departments, adept at learning and training others on system processes to enhance procedures.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and accountability in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain purchased parts, manufactured parts, and raw materials, updating related documentation.
- Train staff on item setup processes and criteria.
- Support Process Engineering in expediting customer orders and assisting with order entry as needed.
- Collaborate with Design Engineering, Purchasing, and Routing to eliminate duplicate/old items and maintain item database.
- Create routings for parts and assemblies.
- Maintain department Standard Operating Procedures in the DCC.
