About The Position

We are looking to recruit an Associate in Human Resources Management who values the opportunity to work from home and grow in their career. This role involves handling various HR functions, supporting employee benefit programs, staff monitoring, social media activities, new staff orientation, HR documentation, and assisting with company policy improvements. The ideal candidate will be an outside-the-box thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, virtual environment.

Requirements

• Outstanding communication skills in spoken and written English
• Excellent knowledge of G-suit and Microsoft Office
• Should be able to do online research and learning
• A diploma in IT
• Sound knowledge of the labor laws will be an added advantage
• Organizational skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Working independently
• Being able to work with less supervision
• Pleasant attitude and ability to work with a team
• Should be able to read, understand, and execute processes
• Excellent command of English is a MUST
• Should be an outside-the-box thinker
