Associate, Human Resources Business Partner
About The Position
Develop and apply business analytics, reporting, and workforce insights to help support informed talent decisions, employee engagement, and positive employee relations across the Maritime Sector. Partner closely with the HR Business Partner team to support strategic HR projects, talent initiatives, and business priorities. Analyze HR data and trends, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to help identify opportunities and support business and talent strategies. Assist in identifying workforce-related issues, conducting root cause analysis, and supporting the development and implementation of solutions that improve the employee experience and business outcomes. Participate in and support HR projects and special initiatives within the Maritime Sector and across the broader HR function, as assigned. Promote high professional standards, positive interpersonal relationships and demonstrates L3Harris core values.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related filed or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
