Associate HRBP

Cast & CrewBurbank, CA
$80,000 - $95,000

About The Position

At Cast & Crew, we’ve empowered creativity and supported the global entertainment industry for decades. Together with our family of brands - Backstage, CAPS, Checks & Balances, Final Draft, Media Services, Sargent-Disc, and The TEAM Companies – we operate as a combined entertainment technology and services provider offering industry standard screenwriting accounting software, digital payroll products, data & reporting, and a host of creative tools. The industry continues to move faster than ever, and the need for our expertise, our technology, and our people has never been greater. We are a production’s best ally every step of the way. #OneCastOneCrew Cast & Crew is hiring an Associate HRBP to sit at the intersection of HR operations and business partnership to keep the engine of our People & Culture function running smoothly. This role is built for someone who wants real breadth: You'll own the details that make the employee experience run while also developing the business partnership skills that define a long-term HR career. You'll report to the VP of People Experience and partner cross functionally to keep our processes and programs consistent, compliant, and built to scale. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to lean into varying HR bodies of work, not just process transactions in it.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams without losing accuracy
