About The Position

This is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional who feels they've outgrown an administrative HR role and wants to accelerate their development into a strategic, client-facing consultant. At Workforce Solutions & MBE CPAs, we help business owners, executives, and HR leaders solve real workplace challenges through HR consulting, recruiting, compliance support, and HR technology solutions. Unlike traditional HR roles focused on a single employer, you'll gain experience supporting a variety of organizations across multiple industries while learning directly from experienced HR consultants and business leaders. As an affiliate of the MBE CPAs family of companies, we also provide full HR support to more than 250 employees across 19 offices. Whether you're currently an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or HR Generalist, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across nearly every area of Human Resources while developing into a trusted advisor for clients and business leaders.
