About The Position

The Nautilus Program is a full-time analyst development program designed for early-career quantitative-minded individuals who are curious, collaborative, and eager to grow. This rotational experience will allow participants to work on meaningful projects that directly affect how the company serves its members. The program includes onboarding, relationship-building, and foundational skill development through dedicated training sessions, followed by multiple rotations exposing participants to different types of analytical work. After the program, participants will be placed on a long-term team. This is presented as the start of a career, not an internship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 0 - 1 year related work experience or equivalent combination of transferrable experience and education
  • Comfort using analytical tools and writing code for data manipulation and visualization (e.g., SQL, R, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Eligible to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not provided)

Responsibilities

  • Dig into healthcare data to uncover insights that improve cost, quality, and member outcomes.
  • Track member health trends and medication adherence.
  • Build monitoring tools for provider negotiations.
  • Measure the impact of new care delivery models.
