About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking an Associate Grant and Resource Development Administrator to assist in the leadership and oversight of the Grant Coordinator and support the Grant and Resource Development Department and the grant life-cycle process. The Associate Administrator will assist in the administration, coordination, and implementation of grants to ensure performance compliance with Federal, County, and State grants, such as Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). This role will also focus on the HUD Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) process for Maricopa County, Pima County, and Balance of State (BOS). The Associate Administrator will assist in the development of short and long-range department goals and objectives, oversee the development, preparation, and administration of the department, supervise and direct staff, and coordinate department activities. Responsibilities include speaking with funders, stakeholders, health plans, local municipalities, and contacts related to grant performance, and acting as the primary contact with HUD for questions or compliance clarification to ensure grant-funded programs and goals align with County, State, and HUD requirements. This position reports to the Chief of Staff.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Social Work, Healthcare, or Social Work.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in grants management.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of expertise in HUD NOFO, Balance of State and Continuum of Care (AZ).
  • Minimum of five (5) years previous experience in working for a non-profit or grant making organization.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in ESG, and CDBG grants management.
  • Experience with a variety of funder portals and systems (i.e., SAGE, ERA Commons).
  • Proven success with large-scale initiatives, change management, and culture shifts.
  • Current AZ Driver’s License in good standing.
  • Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities
