About The Position

Cradles to Crayons (C2C) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing children aged 0-12 from low-income or homeless situations with essential items such as clothing, shoes, diapers, and school supplies. The organization operates through in-person engagement at its Giving Factory warehouses, where volunteers sort donations, and through advocacy and awareness campaigns to address the issue of Clothing Insecurity. C2C has a national reach and has received a Four-Star Rating from Charity Navigator annually since 2009. The organization has a budget of $20M for FY26 and employs approximately 100 staff members.
