About The Position

Antora Energy is hiring an Associate General Counsel to lead legal work as the company moves from technology development to commercial-scale deployment. The role owns commercial and project legal execution, including customer and offtake agreements, EPC and O&M contracts, equipment supply, interconnection, and site agreements. It also leads project financings, tax equity structures, and co-investor partnerships in collaboration with the CBO and CFO. The position partners with business and technical teams to make legal work an accelerant for deployment. The role requires regular on-site presence at Antora’s San Jose facility, consistent with hybrid working arrangements. The listed annual salary range is $250,000–$300,000. Total Rewards include equity compensation in the form of stock options, premium health benefits with life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, flexible spending accounts, flexible and inclusive holiday observance, and paid volunteer time off.
