Position Overview This role requires an experienced legal professional who provides support on a wide range of data privacy matters (HIPAA, State Privacy Laws, offshoring, AI, TCPA, etc). Assistant General Counsel, will report directly to the VP, Managing Counsel, Technology and be responsible for advising internal business partners on data use rights, compliance with privacy and security laws and regulations, artificial intelligence, and compliance with cybersecurity obligations of our clients. This position will develop and implement related policies, practices, and training programs, and help business stakeholders to understand and address data rights, data protection, artificial intelligence and privacy issues as they emerge. To be successful in this role, you must be extremely organized and proactive, with a desire to learn and grow. Conducting work with integrity and responsibility, you will be keenly customer-focused, collaborate well with team members and cross-functional business partners, and have positive working relationships with outside counsel.
