About The Position
Constellation, the largest private-sector power producer in the world and the nation's largest producer of clean and reliable energy, is seeking a cohort of Associates excited to be part of climate changes and contribute to the Finance organization's goals. This role offers exposure to various business aspects, unique development opportunities, and the chance to move to different functional areas. Associates will have the opportunity to be hired into entry-level openings in Financial Planning & Analysis or Tax. Requirements
- Expected graduation date May/June 2027 with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics or other relevant major
- Minimum GPA: Cumulative 3.2
- A track record of outstanding academic performance
- Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
