About The Position
Constellation, the largest private-sector power producer in the world and the nation's largest producer of clean and reliable energy, is seeking Associate Financial/Tax Analysts to join their Finance organization. This role is part of a program designed to attract talent passionate about climate change and contributing to the company's goals. Associates will have the opportunity to work in areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis and Tax. The program offers exposure to various business aspects, unique development opportunities, and the potential to move into different functional areas as careers progress. The position is primarily "On-Site" in Baltimore, MD.
Requirements
- Expected graduation date May/June 2027 with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics or other relevant major
- Minimum GPA: Cumulative 3.2
- A track record of outstanding academic performance
- Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
