Associate Financial/Tax Analyst
About The Position
The Finance organization stands committed to the Constellation purpose and is looking to attract the talent to help us reach our goals, live our common behaviors, and work toward our vision. We’re seeking a cohort of Associates who are excited to be a part of the climate changes ahead of us and will have the opportunity to be hired into entry level openings in the following areas: Financial Planning & Analysis, Controllership (Accounting), Tax. You’ll be exposed to various aspects of the business, receive unique development opportunities, and have the ability to move to different functional areas as you progress in your career with the company.
Requirements
- Expected graduation date May/June 2027 with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics or other relevant major
- Minimum GPA: Cumulative 3.2
- A track record of outstanding academic performance
- Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
