Responsibilities

• Assists with the implementation and ongoing support of Epic IT solutions, adhering to standard policies and established procedures for system configuration and testing.
• Performs basic analysis of workflows and documents straightforward use cases, maintaining accurate and organized records of system configurations, support activities, and operational procedures.
• Participates in prescribed testing activities for Epic applications and provides initial troubleshooting support to end-users, escalating complex issues to senior team members.
• Engages in continuous learning to expand knowledge of Epic applications and broader healthcare IT concepts, and contributes useful ideas for own work area under supervision.
• Participate in team discussions with internal stakeholders, assisting in the analysis of routine use cases and workflows, and applying documented procedures for basic issue resolution.
