About The Position

Momentum is seeking a dynamic and growth-minded individual to join our IT & Cybersecurity team as an Associate Enterprise Systems Analyst. This role is part of the Momentum Launch Program, a cohort-based early career experience designed for recent graduates. The program combines hands-on training, mentorship, and meaningful work to accelerate professional growth. The Associate Enterprise Systems Analyst will play a key role in supporting business intelligence and analytics initiatives, as well as system administration. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based at our Dallas headquarters. The Launch Program offers a comprehensive onboarding experience with essential skills, knowledge, and connections through workplace orientation, team integration, and targeted training sessions, with ongoing support and training opportunities.

Requirements

  • Graduates in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Is proficient in Excel.
  • Has proven leadership experience in extracurricular activities or previous roles, demonstrating the ability to drive project success.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of personality types and work styles.
  • Is able to quickly switch contexts and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Shows a passion for building, continuous improvement, and making a positive impact.
  • Demonstrates adaptability; flexibility to adjust to changing business requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, DataStudio, RedShift, Python, or similar.
  • Has experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency, organization, and employee support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the integration, setup, and maintenance of enterprise-level systems to streamline processes & document workflows across the organization.
  • Provide data-driven insights by leveraging business intelligence tools to support decision-making processes across multiple departments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Organize and manage multiple high-priority projects, adapting to meet deadlines and ensuring the timely completion of key tasks.
  • Join team meetings to share ideas, align on goals, and contribute to the Enterprise Systems team’s overall strategy.
  • Attend training sessions to support professional growth and development.
