About The Position

DoorDash is hiring an individual contributor for its Enterprise Planning & Strategy team to execute company business objectives and help define the sales-planning roadmap for the Enterprise sales organization across restaurants and New Verticals. The role supports the US and Canada Enterprise sales organization across multiple sales motions and role types, with a focus on large, high-value partners. It combines strategic work—such as setting quotas and incentives aligned with company goals, integrating new products into sales go-to-market strategy, and building consensus among sales leaders—with operational work, including forecasting, compensation-plan design and implementation, metric reporting, and commission calculations. The role reports to a Manager, Enterprise Planning & Strategy. The successful candidate will use strategic thinking and strong analytical skills to design and administer sales incentive programs, build trusted partnerships with Sales leadership, and support accurate forecasting, fair and understandable compensation plans, and seller productivity. The role also uses AI and automation to improve planning, reporting, and commissions workflows.
