About The Position

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. KBR is looking for an Associate, Document Management responsible for maintaining project documentation files consisting of technical data, engineering and supplier drawings, technical specifications, purchase orders and other project-required documents. You will update and maintain project document control record keeping system. The incumbent prepares transmittals and distributes data as directed. You will interface with the reproduction department for required reproduction associated with copy and distribution requirements per project procedures, and, under direct supervision, perform routine assignments. The incumbent develops core competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems. This position is assigned to a client site team in Midland, Michigan. Work will be performed full time at site. No relocation or per diem will be offered. This role is an integrated role in an already stablished Site team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years related experience

Responsibilities
