About The Position

CT Birth to Three is happy to announce an exciting growth opportunity! The Associate Director plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the Autism Specialty Birth to Three program in the Northern region. This position is responsible for collaborating with the Director of Autism Specialty Services in the Northern Region and the Executive Leadership to develop and implement policies that enhance the services we provide to families and children in the Birth to Three program. The Associate Director oversees multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. They serve as a key liaison between clinical staff, administrative departments, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless service delivery. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to advancing the organization's vision to Be Creative, Exceed Expectations, Act Collaboratively and Make a Difference!

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership or management role within a relevant field.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary team oversight.
• Experience in policy development and implementation.
• Strong communication and liaison skills.
• Understanding of service delivery in a Birth to Three program context.

Nice To Haves

• Experience specifically within the Autism Specialty Birth to Three program.
• Experience working in the Northern region.
