Kenvue is seeking an Associate Director, Walmart Data & Analytics to lead market research initiatives, data and analytics, manage a team, and deliver actionable insights and intelligence that influence sales strategies and drive business growth. This role involves leading the strategic design and implementation of advanced data analytics and comprehensive market research to gain competitive advantage and support strategic business decisions for the Walmart team. The Associate Director will analyze complex customer and marketplace data to generate actionable insights, accelerate business outcomes by integrating category, shopper, and business intelligence insights into clear recommendations, and collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership and sales teams. Additionally, the position requires managing and mentoring a team and agency partners, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture, and presenting research and analytics findings with strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
