What is the opportunity? In this role, you will support our commitment to Business Agility and excellence within our Corporate Security Management (CSM) team. This role oversees the strategic and long-range goals related to operational excellence and technology enablement within a highly matrixed organization. This is a unique opportunity to blend operational security experience with strategic leadership, process improvement, AI & automation innovation, and technology-driven transformation. You will enable, impact, and influence our Group Leadership, Senior Management and staff as we execute on corporate and pillar strategic deliverables that enhance client value and security. What will you do? Formulate Strategy: Develop and implement the operational excellence and technology enablement strategy, including AI & automation initiatives for complex multi-team environments and portfolio-level initiatives within the CSM team. Drive Long-Term Goals: Spearhead the organization's long-term goals related to operational excellence and technology enablement, building a robust and measurable strategy for enhancing Group culture with a focus on security innovation, AI & automation adoption, value delivery, and team effectiveness. Strategic Learning: Design, curate, and deliver strategically identified learning opportunities focused on emerging technologies and AI & automation best practices. Develop comprehensive training programs, workshops, and seminars with defined and measurable outcomes. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and facilitate continuous learning and professional development across security teams. AI & Automation Initiatives: Champion AI and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual processes, and drive intelligent workflow optimization across CSM functions. Identify, evaluate, and implement automation tools and AI solutions that improve security operations and team productivity. Implementation and Adoption of Best Practices: Promote and implement best practices in operational security, technology enablement, and coaching to enable teams to deliver more effectively. Support productivity improvements, enhanced delivery and quality, speed to market, and increased customer satisfaction. Leadership & Community Engagement: Lead cross-functional teams and communities of practice for operational excellence and technology enablement within all pillars of the CSM portfolio. Provide consulting, education, mentoring, and coaching support for key delivery initiatives in a complex multi-team environment. Change Management Collaboration: Lead the relationship with the Change Management team, leveraging their expertise to drive smooth transitions for technology and process changes, and achieve buy-in for operational improvements, thus enhancing overall project success. Technology and Strategy: Oversee the analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement and automation opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Implement business analysis and development best practices, methodologies, and tools. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and automation solutions. Project Leadership: Provide leadership in the execution of regulatory and operational projects by leading teams in making appropriate commitments through scope selection, prioritization of deliverables, deadlines, backlog and issue resolution. Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency within a highly regulated environment. Talent Strategy Execution: Execute People Manager and Talent Strategy plans using insights to enhance team capabilities focused on corporate security strategy priorities and technology adoption readiness
