About The Position
UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Tech Support Analyst in Nashville, TN. This role involves supporting Service, Product Manager, and FX trading/risk applications across several technical domains. The ideal candidate will ensure workflows, processes, tooling, and applications meet the highest quality standards, debug and define workarounds for known errors to initiate process improvements, and develop enhancements to improve application performance, redundancy, and supportability. The role also requires contributing expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (Any), Finance, Computer Science, or related field plus 2 years in the job offered or as Technical Lead, Systems Engineer, or related occupation.
