This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. As an Associate Director-Sales Mobility your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Oversees entry to senior-level sales employees, responsible for executing sales plans, assigning tasks, and adherence to company policies. Leads the team to manage average sales quota or territory. May have consumer or mid-size to large, complex business to business sales. Utilizes strong product and pricing knowledge, exercises judgment, and resolves complex problems. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates. Compensation Offered: Our Associate Director-Sales Mobility earns between $77,400 - $116,200 + $32,000 Target incentive. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead a consumer tele sales organization to exceed customer experience objectives and manage people effectively.
  • Analyze data to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue generation and continuous improvement.
  • Direct daily activities and execution of call centers and vendor operations to achieve revenue goals and reduce expenses.
  • Implement strategic policies and develop innovative initiatives for technology, corporate compliance, training, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with various business areas to drive strategic alignment, manage change, and maintain strong domestic and international vendor relationships.
