Advantage Group International is the global intelligence partner transforming B2B collaboration. We deliver real-time, AI-powered insights that bring foresight and clarity to strengthen partnerships, empower better decisions, and drive sustainable growth. Our unique intelligence model goes beyond basic reporting to turn complexity into clarity, providing businesses with trusted, actionable insights that drive stronger relationships between suppliers and retailers. With presence across more than 40 markets, we’re redefining how industries connect, collaborate, and grow. As Advantage continues to expand and innovate globally, we’re seeking curious, collaborative, and impact-driven professionals to help shape the future of insight-led partnership and growth. The Associate Director, Retailer Partnerships and Growth, will partner with the Senior Director of Retail Partnerships to advance, execute, and evolve AGI’s U.S. retailer strategy. This role will lead execution of key components of the U.S. retailer strategy, translating strategic direction, retailer needs, and market developments into actionable priorities and leading complex workstreams from strategy through implementation. The Associate Director will also own relationships with a defined portfolio of priority retailers, expand AGI’s retailer network, and advance opportunities that deepen retailer engagement and create measurable commercial value. Success requires strategic thinking, strong execution, relationship management, and comfort with ambiguity. The successful candidate will bring significant experience in retail, strategy, consulting, insights, client leadership, or a related field, typically gained over eight or more years. They will have demonstrated experience independently leading complex strategic initiatives, managing cross functional execution, and translating market or client insights into business action. The candidate must be comfortable working directly with senior leaders, preparing and presenting strategic recommendations, facilitating executive discussions, and influencing decisions across multiple stakeholder groups. Experience working directly with U.S. retailers and familiarity with research, data led advisory, or supplier and retailer collaboration are strongly preferred.
