About The Position

As an Associate Director Reimbursement Strategy, you’ll get to:
Lead a cross-functional team to develop a strategic plan to maximize reimbursement potential with public and private payers for assigned brands in the portfolio.
Lead development of Canada-specific value dossiers and submissions to support adding products to public, private and/or hospital formularies.
Collaborate with HEOR colleague to develop various submission strategies and prepare required submission documents.
Collaborate with colleagues in Field Access and Medical Affairs to minimize listing time and maximize coverage.
Contribute to the development of optimal pricing strategy, in collaboration with colleagues from Pricing, Finance and HEOR.
Cross-functionally collaborate on the development of negotiation strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor degree in life sciences, business, economics or health policy/public health.
• Seven to ten years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. (preferrably access)
• Fluency in French is required.
