The U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) is a non-governmental, not-for-profit international organization dedicated to protecting the rights and addressing the needs of persons in migration. For over 100 years, USCRI has worked to advance fair and humane public policy, provide direct professional services, and promote the full participation of migrants in community life. USCRI manages multiple programs across the U.S. through agreements with federal and other funders to receive refugees and other qualified new arrivals for initial resettlement and ongoing services leading to integration and self-sufficiency. This role focuses on monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, reporting, and planning to ensure fulfillment of grant requirements. The Associate Director for Monitoring and Quality Assurance sets the annual monitoring calendar, trains Program Officers, tracks activities to completion, and submits final reports to funders and local resettlement programs within the USCRI network. This position works closely with the Associate Director of Refugee Services and reports to the Director of Refugee and Social Services.
