About The Position

Raytheon is seeking an Associate Director, Program Integrator, Supply Chain – Capacity Growth Office (CGO) to lead business rhythm, cross‑functional alignment, and supplier‑focused initiatives that support capacity expansion and resiliency objectives. This requires strong coordination skills, the ability to influence without authority, and engaging directly with suppliers and customer stakeholders, including the Department of War. In this position, you will drive operating cadence, integrate data from across engineering, programs, supply chain, and finance, and prepare executive‑ready materials for senior leadership, customers, and suppliers, helping shape the CGO’s strategic approach to supply chain capacity.

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 9 years experience
  • Experience leading across multiple functions
  • Experience interacting with suppliers and customers within the Department Of War.
  • Experience synthesizing data and producing executive‑ready presentations.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central integrator for the Capacity Growth Office Supply Chain organization, driving business rhythm, data collection, and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Act as a highly external‑facing role, engaging frequently with suppliers and preparing materials for the Department of War
  • Support supplier strategy, resiliency planning, and coordination across engineering, programs, supply chain, and finance.
  • Establish and manage the Supply Chain CGO operating cadence, including weekly updates, cross‑functional reviews, and data consolidation.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership, the customer, and suppliers
  • Coordinate supplier‑related activities, aligning internal teams to support capacity expansion and resiliency efforts.
