About The Position

Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) helps shape Gartner’s sales and services priorities and works with leaders to provide tactical and analytical insights. This role supports the ongoing transformation of Gartner’s global sales and services teams, which comprise nearly 9,000 associates and drive approximately $5.3 billion in Contract Value. The Associate Director Product is a business-facing AI product leader responsible for designing and delivering AI-enabled products that transform enterprise sales processes. The role provides dedicated product ownership for Sales Assistant, Enterprise Assistant, and related AI-enabled sales workflows. It partners with Sales, Sales Operations, Data Science, UX, Architecture, Salesforce, Engineering, Legal, Information Security, and Change Management to turn business needs into scalable, secure, measurable products. The position assesses existing sales processes, identifies opportunities to simplify or transform them, and determines whether work should be agent-led, automated, guided, or handled through native platform capabilities. It owns products throughout their lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through development, piloting, launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement. The role balances user value, technical feasibility, enterprise risk, scalability, governance, and delivery speed, while ensuring products meet privacy, security, access, and regulatory requirements. Gartner offers a hybrid work environment, competitive compensation, and benefits. The estimated base salary range is $108,000–$148,000, with eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus or a role-based uncapped sales incentive plan. Benefits include generous paid time off, a 401(k) match, and the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount.
