As an Associate Director-Product Marketing, your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Oversees operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day-to-day management of device related initiatives across all channels. This role is primarily concerned with the developing channel specific device strategies, overseeing subsidy expense management and analysis, and implementing offers across the business. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates. The role involves leading the creation and implementation of comprehensive device marketing strategies, conducting market research and analysis, overseeing the development of marketing content, planning and implementing go-to-market strategies for product launches, and monitoring and reporting on performance using KPIs.
