This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site. The Associate Director, Access Solutions works with the Director, Patient Access Solutions TA lead for contributing to the design, development, and leading the implementation of the TA patient services. Responsibilities for this role include operational oversight as well as direct management of tactics, including, programs designed to help patients afford our products as well as increase adherence (i.e.- copay programs, reimbursement services, hub services). This requires understanding brand strategy, collaborating with marketing, Trade, Access and reimbursement field teams, and A&I teams to develop the optimal patient services strategy across the hub provider, specialty pharmacies and external vendors. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the design of and development of a Patient Services strategy to provide the optimal patient & provider experience across reimbursement, HUB services, Financial Support Programs, specialty pharmacies and patient adherence programs.
