The Senior Associate Director (SR AD), Patient Connection and Culture (PCC), is responsible for creating the strategy for development of patient care partner networks taking into consideration diverse patient populations served by Boehringer Ingelheim. The SR AD collaborates with Head of Patient Experience, to drive processes with cross-functional stakeholders within the firm to enhance Boehringer Ingelheim's patient-centric approach and prioritizing patient experience as the core of all operations. This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.
