About The Position

Brainlabs is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Social to join their team. This role involves shaping and overseeing the delivery of paid social campaigns for clients, defining objectives, measuring success against KPIs, and managing the workload of the delivery team. The position also focuses on generating and promoting innovative concepts using a test and learn approach, and sharing successes across the practice. The ideal candidate will be a confident, dynamic, and authentic communicator passionate about continuous learning and mentoring others.

Requirements

  • Strong Paid Social delivery knowledge and 4+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrable success in optimising Paid Social campaigns and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development.
  • Good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together.
  • Confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
  • Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you.
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or continuation for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver highly successful campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
  • Effectively track and optimise campaigns.
  • Develop and implement, as well as follow guidelines and processes.
  • Actively contribute to developing the Paid Social best-practice roadmap.
  • Act as a point of escalation for client teams, ensuring work is delivered to standard and on time.
  • Lead and mentor others across the practice, helping to grow capability and knowledge.
  • Actively managing workload of your delivery teams to maximise output.
