Requirements

  • Substantial experience within an agency environment required.
  • Expert in Google, Bing, and other search partners.
  • Advanced/Cutting Edge knowledge of at least two bidding platforms such as Marin, Kenshoo or SA360.
  • Polished presence and presentation skills (presentation will be required).
  • Excellent writing skills with an attention to detail.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Working knowledge of Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and handle other duties as assigned.

Nice To Haves

  • Substantial managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between search and cross-functional teams to contribute to a multi-channel approach/strategy.
  • Oversee team development, utilizing organizational tools like L&D, creating internal opportunities for staff, and maintaining positive morale.
  • Establish current and long-term goals and objectives for responsible accounts, subject to Director approval.
  • Manage direct reports and ensure the overall development and success of the team.
  • Translate briefs into strategy, work with Manager/Sr. Specialist to execute, monitor success, and drive pivots based on performance and brand goals.
  • Lead tests and learns with the expectation that they will be scalable across client accounts and shared wider with the KINESSO team.
  • Continuously evaluate search marketing strategies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage for KINESSO.
  • Master, identify, and communicate trends in search and client industries.
  • Create and present case studies, POVs, etc.
  • Analyze multi-touch attribution reports (Nielsen, IRI, etc.).
  • Analyze search planning budgets for assigned accounts to identify strengths and weaknesses and ensure proper financial allocation.
