Requirements

Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations.
Ability to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary.
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
Ability to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.
Reliable internet access.
Professional background (for virtual work).
Established and current work authorization and permanent residency in the country of employment (for global locations).

Responsibilities

Directly responsible for setting the goals for every client engagement in their pod.
Directly responsible for ensuring that every one of their client’s follows best practices across all channels and mediums, including LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Functional Content.
Understand moments of campaign approval and support strategists in earning a 'yes'.
Ensure roadblocks are a part of every 1x1 conversation with Strategists, and that an action plan is established to take down any roadblocks for the success of the strategy.
Build structure, create a cadence, support proactively, and empower the team with clear and concise communication + expectation setting.
