About The Position

Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency specializing in SaaS and tech companies. They employ a unique Customer Generation methodology, focusing on generating SQLs and customers rather than traditional MQLs. Their services include Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative and Design, Video, Revenue Operations, and Strategy, all aimed at consistently meeting client SQL targets. The Associate Director, Paid Media (internal title) is considered a crucial role at Directive, directly responsible for both client and employee retention, with their performance directly impacting the company's P&L.

Responsibilities

  • Set the goals for every client engagement in their pod.
  • Ensure that every client follows best practices across all channels and mediums, including LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Functional Content.
  • Understand moments of campaign approval and support strategists in earning a 'yes'.
  • Ensure roadblocks are a part of every 1x1 conversation with Strategists, and establish an action plan to remove any roadblocks for strategy success.
  • Build structure, create a cadence, support proactively, and empower the team with clear and concise communication and expectation setting.
  • Achieve 100% NSM Attainment.
  • Maintain a CSAT of 4.2+.
  • Achieve $150k in Bookings for each half of the year (total across pod for H1).
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations.
