The Associate Director, Onboarding Operations is responsible for leading and supporting the operational execution, governance, and continuous improvement of global onboarding and preboarding process for employees and contingent workers in a highly regulated environment. Reporting to the Director, Global Onboarding, this role serves as a strategic and hands-on operational leader responsible for helping establish scalable onboarding operations, compliance workforce onboarding controls, and standardize global onboarding process across regions and worker populations. The Associate Director will oversee onboarding operations and preboarding activities including onboarding coordination, onboarding readiness, identity verification, access gating controls, employment eligibility requirements, onboarding documentation, compliance training, and Day 1 operational readiness. This role will also support the successful transition of onboarding activities into HR Operations while driving process standardization, audit readiness, operational governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Procurement, Security, IT, Legal, and business stakeholders and provides operational leadership, mentorship, KPI oversight, and escalation management for onboarding teams supporting employees and contingent workers globally.
