As the Onboarding Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from day one. You will own customer onboarding and implementation for our SaaS product, Network Inventory, ensuring customers’ complete telecom network is successfully onboarded onto the platform while creating opportunities to expand adoption across the broader Lightyear platform. In this role, you will report to the Strategy & Operations Associate leading Network Inventory and partner closely with our Sales and Product teams to continuously improve the onboarding experience and customer journey. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, shape processes, and influence how we engage and support customers as we scale.
