As the Associate Director of Product Management on the Payments Experience team, you will lead a team of high-performing Product Managers supporting Best Buy’s online and in-store payments experiences. In this role, you’ll translate company objectives into clear product direction, ensuring teams focus on solving meaningful customer problems—not just building features. You’ll shape product strategy, guide prioritization, and bring clarity to complex decisions, while mentoring your team to deliver impactful, data-informed solutions. This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll influence how Best Buy continues to innovate and elevate the customer experience across payment journeys. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
