About The Position

The Associate Director of Operations supports operations across multiple warehouse facilities while working closely with the Senior Director of Operations. The role identifies opportunities for improvement and provides hands-on operational leadership when needed. It is suited to an analytical, resourceful problem-solver who can learn new systems and processes quickly, think critically, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative. Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability are emphasized, while warehouse operations experience is valuable but not essential.

The position involves frequent travel, including occasional travel with limited notice, and direct work in warehouse environments. The successful candidate takes ownership, learns quickly, builds trust, and turns complex operational challenges into practical solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in operations, logistics, distribution, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), particularly Deposco.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex operational challenges, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
• Evaluate warehouse performance, processes, and data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Provide on-site operational leadership and support across multiple warehouse facilities.
• Learn and use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to troubleshoot issues and improve operations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and help implement consistent, scalable operational practices.
• Collaborate with facility leaders and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve business objectives.
• Support new customer implementations, facility transitions, and operational projects.
• Make sound, independent decisions in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
• Coach and support warehouse leaders to strengthen problem-solving, accountability, and operational performance.
