About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring an Associate Director of Operations to lead its new Saint Louis, Missouri Habilitation office. The role combines operational leadership with business development and team management. The Associate Director will help grow the office while supporting the delivery of compassionate, reliable, high-quality home care that promotes clients’ comfort, independence, and dignity.

Requirements

Four-year college degree.
At least two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience in a healthcare industry or with the developmental disabilities population.
Experience with the I/DD population.
Ability to organize, manage, and grow an office and its staff.
Background in marketing and recruiting.
Knowledge of Missouri Medicaid and Waiver Programs.
Strong business acumen.
PC and communication skills, particularly for community networking and representing the organization to groups and agencies.
Leadership experience; preferably in home care, healthcare, or service-driven industries.
Tech-savvy, organized, and able to communicate clearly and purposefully.
