About The Position

The Associate Director of Men will provide direct ministry assistance to the Director of Men’s Ministry by helping plan, administer, and sometimes lead programs and events. He will strive to ensure that each man whom the Lord brings to All Saints is provided welcome and hospitality through the programs and events of the men’s ministry.

Responsibilities

Attend semimonthly Full Staff meetings for formation and alignment.
Maintain devotion to Christ through regular participation in the Formation Practices of the church.
Attend and contribute to weekly Men’s Ministry Team meetings as well as subset teams as needed and assigned.
Plan and participate in Men’s Ministry events, retreats, and regular programming.
Under the supervision and guidance of the Director of Men’s Ministry, help with short and long-term planning for programs and events, and work with the Men’s Ministry Coordinator to ensure all programs and events are communicated accurately and in a timely fashion to the Operations side of the church staff.
Provide direct oversight and leadership to certain Men’s Ministry programs and events, as designated by the Director of Men’s Ministry, especially with a focus on younger men in their 20s.
Work alongside the All Saints Young Adult Ministry to partner with it in ministering to Young Adult men and helping them integrate more fully into Men’s Ministry, Young Adult Ministry, and life of All Saints as a whole.
Meet one-on-one with 7 to 10 young adult men per week.
Help plan and participate in Wednesday Morning Bible Study and lead at least one other small group with other men.
Be available to minister to men in crisis situations as needed and assigned by the Director of Men’s Ministry.
Pursue ordination in the PCA.
