Baylor University is seeking an Enrollment Recruitment Manager to lead strategic recruitment initiatives and support enrollment growth efforts. This role will oversee the enrollment recruitment team, develop targeted communication and outreach plans, analyze recruitment data to guide strategy, and collaborate with university partners to enhance the student enrollment experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, organizational, and technology skills, with experience in CRM systems such as Slate preferred. A Bachelors degree and 3 years of professional experience are required. A Masters Degree and 5 years of relevant work experience are preferred. This position can be located in Dallas or Waco with Hybrid flexibility. All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
