The Associate Director Digital Marketing supports the department’s marketing sales growth by managing all aspects of our digital marketing efforts. Seeking a savvy digital marketer who is a strategic and creative thinker responsible for building, planning, and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results. This role is tasked with managing the strategy, leading team members, strengthening digital performance and staying current with the latest technology and best practices. Our ideal candidate should bring in-depth knowledge and understanding of digital advertising, paid search, paid social, analytics, campaign optimization, vendor management, budget stewardship, and performance reporting. This role will co-own the digital roadmap related to measurement, campaign tracking, attribution, tagging standards, and reporting in partnership with the Marketing Operations/Data Analyst, IT, vendors, and the CMO. This role will also support marketing technology stack.
