About The Position

Epiphany School is seeking an Associate Director of Development to join their team. This role is crucial in supporting the school's fundraising efforts and fostering strong relationships with donors. The Associate Director will play a key part in the overall development strategy, working to advance the school's mission and vision. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fundraising or development, preferably in an educational setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in donor management software (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to the mission and values of Epiphany School.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with independent school fundraising.
• Knowledge of capital campaigns and major gift solicitation.
• Experience in event planning and management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Development in executing annual fundraising campaigns.
• Manage donor communications and stewardship activities.
• Assist in planning and executing fundraising events.
• Maintain donor database and generate reports.
• Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors.
• Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the development office.
