The Associate Director of Development is a frontline fundraiser responsible for the qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major gift prospects. The Associate Director of Development will identify, engage, and solicit donors at all life stages, including prospect research, development of effective solicitation strategies and stewardship of donors throughout the major giving process. The Associate Director of Development will typically maintain a donor portfolio with a focus on gifts of $50,000 or above. The Associate Director of Development may require frequent travel and meetings on and off campus during regular and non-traditional business hours and is expected to operate with high levels of autonomy. Homewood Programs seeks an energetic and motivated frontline fundraiser to join our Development and Alumni Relations team. Reporting to the Sr. Associate Director of Development - Undergraduate Student Experience, the Associate Director of Development, will maintain a nationwide discovery portfolio, focusing on identifying and qualifying individual constituents with the capacity to make five and six-figure gifts.
