About The Position

Vitamin Angels is a global public health nonprofit working to end malnutrition by distributing vitamins and minerals to at-risk mothers and children under five in the United States and around the world. The Associate Director of Development Operations builds and leads the systems, processes, data infrastructure, and operational practices needed to support an integrated, high-performing Development function. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this position serves as Development’s business owner for Salesforce and ensures the CRM supports fundraising, relationship management, revenue forecasting, donor stewardship, and organizational decision-making. The role establishes consistent practices for gift processing, data management, prospect and pipeline management, reporting, revenue reconciliation, donor acknowledgment, and fundraising analytics. It works across Development, Finance, Marketing, Programs, and Information Technology to create efficient workflows, clarify responsibilities, protect data integrity, and provide leadership with timely and accurate fundraising information.
