About The Position

This is a full-time salaried position responsible for supervising, supporting, and managing operational personnel within assigned programs. The role ensures the health, safety, and welfare of individuals receiving services, adhering to all applicable regulations and promoting meaningful lifestyles based on Everyday Lives Principles. Effective communication with internal teams and external partners is crucial, and the position may require providing direct support and modeling responsibilities of other roles as needed.

Requirements

  • A master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and autism
  • OR A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and autism
  • OR An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and autism
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
  • Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, support, discipline, interview, hire, evaluate, train, and schedule operational personnel within assigned programs.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and overall welfare of individuals receiving services while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations, including 6100, 2380, and Chapter 11 guidelines.
  • Promote and support meaningful lifestyles for each individual by following Everyday Lives Principles, the Individual Support Plan (ISP) process, and related programming.
  • Maintain effective communication with all team members across the organization, as well as with external partners, including medical personnel, emergency services, families, and other community resources.
  • Provide direct support to individuals receiving services as needed to ensure quality care and continuity of services.
  • Model appropriate service delivery by assuming Program Manager/Program Specialist (PM/PS) and Direct Support Professional (DSP) responsibilities when required.
